#TR007, TR008, TR009 Tricycle Assembly

1. As shown in the diagram, align the two locating pins on the seatpost with the two locating slots on the frame. Then insert the seatpost fully into the frame.
Tip: Gently twist the seatpost to help the locating pins slide smoothly into place.

2. Check whether the locating pins are fully engaged:

① If you can feel a pin protruding when you run your hand over the slot area on the frame, the pin has not yet locked. Push the seatpost further down until it clicks into place.
② If the slot area feels smooth and flush, with no pin sticking out, the locating pins are fully engaged and the seatpost is correctly installed.

3. Gently twist the seatpost to confirm it is locked and secure.

4. Tighten the M10 and M4 screws, then secure the seatpost clamp so the seat cannot move or rotate.

1. Open the Clamp

✅ Turn the quick-release lever outward (about 90° or as needed) to loosen the clamp.

⚠ If the lever feels too tight:

• Hold the clamp ring with one hand to prevent rotation
• Use the other hand to open the lever

❌ WARNING: Do not strike or hammer the lever, as this may damage the cam mechanism.

2. Install the seat clamp onto the seat post. Gently tap it with your hand to make sure it is fully in place.

3. Adjust Seat Post Height

• Insert the seat into the frame
• Adjust to the desired height

⚠ WARNING: For safety, ensure the seat post is inserted to at least "mark 1." Failure to do so may cause the seat to be unsecured and unstable.

4. Secure the Clamp

• Turn the quick-release lever clockwise to increase tension
• Flip the lever closed to fully lock the clamp

5. Safety Check

• The seat post should be firmly secured
• It should not move or rotate when pulled or twisted
